Scottsdale, AZ (October 19, 2006) - Effective immediately CareFreeCasuals.com will no longer offer the Under Armour Line of Performance Apparel through it's online distribution channel. Under Armour has a strict transshipment policy that prohibits the resale of its merchandise to unauthorized locations and/or non end-users. CareFreeCasuals.com has unwittingly violated this policy by permitting Advertising Specialty related companies to purchase Under Armour items for the purpose of resale to non-authorized consumers and as such has agreed to drop the line.

CareFreeCasuals.com was created to present a value-added service to both end-users and resellers alike. It is the mission of our Company to offer the complete replenishment lines of each brand advertised without placing restrictions on the consumer. We will continue to bring fashionable as well as high quality merchandise to the market because we value and appreciate the business of every single person who visits our site, regardless of the reason for their purchase.

In light of the above information, CareFreeCasuals.com will be rolling out a new line of athletic wear produced by InSport that will replace the former offering.
