Free Shipping
Getting free shipping is easy. If the total of the items you are ordering is over $100 then we will ship your order to you free of charge using UPS
ground service. Available to the contiguous United States only.
Expedited Shipping
All orders are processed within 48 hours after receipt (weekends and holidays excluded). Once an order has been accepted it is subject to
further consideration by the manufacturer and may also require additional time to complete the shipment. Carefree Casuals will honor all
expedited freight requests, however it is important to note that because orders do not ship the same day a request for expedited
freight does not guarantee expedited delivery. Please pay special attention to the estimated ship dates provided at the time of order
submission and consider this time frame when operating under a deadline.
Regular Shipping
If your order is less than $100 we get a quote from UPS that we pass directly to you. We never mark up shipping and never add a handling charge
to the shipping quote. You pay exactly what we pay and we never add surcharges!!
Multiple Parcels
Orders consisting of more than one brand will likely arrive at their destination over multiple days due to the varied locations of our warehouses. If
an item you ordered not available, we will inform you via email of the expected delay and provide you with your options.
Alaska and Hawaii
Deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible for free shipping. All orders must be shipped using one of the UPS expedited delivery methods
available.
APO/FPO and US Territories
We do ship to APO/FPO and US Territory addresses however most items will have to be routed through our Arizona warehouse to their final
destination. This will add 3 to 5 business days to the delivery time for your items. If you need to have items delivered to any of these addresses
please do not use an expedited delivery method as it will not speed up delivery time.
Shipping Errors or Changes
In the event that an order is returned due to an undeliverable address or refused upon delivery we will issue a credit for the items minus the
original shipping and the return shipping. If you choose to have the package reshipped it will be the customers responsibility to pay all shipping
costs for the reshipment. In the event that the incorrect address is entered while placing the order and the package is delivered to the address on
record then CarefreeCasuals takes no responsibility for the missing package. If an address needs to be changed after the package is shipped
then there is a $15 rerouting charge.
Saturday Delivery and Will Call Orders
At this time we do not have a Saturday delivery option available and since very few items are warehoused in the corporate office in Arizona we do
not have a will call option.
Extra Large Orders
Due to current limitations, orders over 150 pounds do not quote the shipping correctly. If you need to place a large order please call our customer
